Life Walk Part Two:
INSTRUCTIONS: Go back through your Life Walk and identify any patterns - usually there are 3- 6 patterns we tend to repeat in life.
Step One: Go through Life Walk and identify patterns you see you repeat (3-6).
Step Two: List each pattern out.
Step Three: Go over patterns with Coach (1:1) or Wellness Partner (group coach)
Example:
One of mine was turning to things to numb when life got hard, which lead to horrible decision making and repeated cycle of bad relationships, financial stress, resentment, and huge amount of shame, guilt, and total loss of respect for myself.
