    I just wanted to check-in Day 5, and I’m already feeling such a huge shift, which is crazy to say after only 5 days!!! I’m down 5 pounds, but what’s been even more impactful is noticing less inflammation, reduced joint pain, and a real awareness of how different foods affect me. I feel so empowered making choices that fuel my future self, and I’m can’t thank you enough for the tools and guidance to take these steps. Definitely taking it one day at a time and honoring the journey. Prioritizing food prep has also been a game-changer especially to support getting my protein in!
